Our Valued Customers and our Promise At AOK Pressure Washing, we value each and every one of our customers. Over the years ten years we have been providing service to Ontario, we have built relationships with our customers based on trust, satisfaction and appreciation. Referrals are key in recognizing that you have confidence in us, and that you are pleased with the services completed in all aspects. Enough so, that you are you are willing to refer us to family, friends and business associates. We like to extend a token of appreciation back to those who do refer AOK. Upon the completion of services referred by an existing AOK customer, we thankfully acknowledge by sending the referrer a cheque for 10% of the amount of the referee’s service price. This includes all services offered by AOK. Commercial, Residential, Industrial or Marine pressure washing services even our winter snow and ice removal services.

Question: Are your products environmentally friendly?
Answer: We do go to great lengths to try to work with simple products & mixtures of environmentally safe, Eco friendly and green products.
Question: I have no exterior water hookup on my cottage and we won't be home at the time, does A.O.K. have portable water?
Answer: Absolutely. A.O.K. is a completely self contained and mobile heavy duty cleaning service. We can carry up to 305 US gallons of water on board. We are fully equipped with a complete electrical system including 110 v, 220 v outlets and a marina conversion outlet.
Question: Does A.O.K. have only hot water or is cold also available?
Answer: Cold water is an option, alternative pressure settings can also be adjusted to suit the service requirements.
Question: What detergents or mixtures do you use to get this clean, or get this off?
Answer: Does a magician tell his secrets? We do share our knowledge and various tips to some extent, of course. And some we put in the vault, that’s what makes a business needed. If we could all fix our cars we wouldn‘t need Mechanics, right? Every professional learns as they go, with 10 years behind us and some jobs that were simply nothing short of crazy, some trial and error, experimenting and good equipment there isn't much we can't get clean.
Question: Do I have to be home for service to be completed?
Answer: Service orders may be arranged in certain circumstances to be completed in your presence. AOK does prefer to have a customer present on site while service is being performed. However we realize this is sometimes not possible- AOK will complete pressure washing or winter snow and ice removal services from your rooftop without your presence at the home if this is prearranged.
Answer: Certainly. We can set up an account and arrange for regular scheduled maintenance to be completed weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or quarterly. All ongoing accounts are payable net 14, upon receipt of invoice. All general service calls are payable immediately upon completion of service via arranged method of payment discussed prior to commencement of service.
Question: Do you charge extra for emergency service calls?
Answer: No AOK does not apply a charge for emergency priority. With winter services AOK receives emergency calls due to interior leaks, excessive accumulation and weight on roof causing pressure cracks, danger of extending/overhanging drifts and/or ice - AOK is all about safety. When we receive a call as described it is noted as emergency status. Service is pushed to the top of the list and we will reschedule other service calls to accommodate the urgent matter without extra cost to our customer.

Answer: We are located minutes from Barrie and service areas include Collingwood and Wasaga Beach, to Midland and Penetanguishene, to Bracebridge and Gravenhurst to Vaughn areas, depending on the service request.

- Arrangement of payment in full for service is clarified and agreed.
There are no outside pets in area(s) to interfere with service nor placed in jeopardy of the service requested. - Special requests, inclusions or exclusions of service requested are arranged prior to service with office. Eg: Pressure washing of home including shed in back of lot, excluding wooden deck on rear of home. OR Snow/Ice from rooftop service placed in a particular area when possible.
